Flat Fees We handle most cases on a hourly basis, but certain matters are handled on a flat fee. A flat fee is a single payment for the efforts in the case. You can visit our separate section on fees in uncontested divorces. In general, our fees in uncontested divorces start at $ 500.00 plus costs. We also handle certian child support matters against Child Support Enforcement on a flat fee as well. In such matters our fees start at $ 750.00.
