Legal Custody
Legal custody is about who makes decisions for the children, it has NOTHING to do with the amount of time that each parent has the children. Joint Custody means that you and your spouse will share decision making regarding the children. Sole Custody means that the person with sole custody will make decisions for the children on their own.

Physical Custody

There are three (3) schedules There is Regular, Summer and Holiday. The Regular schedule is what is in place during the school year. Oklahoma State Child Support Guidelines

Oklahoma Child Support guidelines are calculated based on your income and the expenses of the children. If you would like to play with the state calculation, you can do so through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services's Website. We will do a rough calculation of the state guidelines based on the incomes and expenses you have given us above and provide it in your report.

Tax Exemptions
The standard method for dividing tax exemptions is that the parties alternate from year to year or if there are multiple children then each claims one and the odd one out is alternated from year to year.
